Galaxy Tab S12 Bundles in the Philippines Add a Keyboard, S Pen and Software Trials

The Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra and Galaxy Tab S12+ are now available in the Philippines with a bundle that adds practical accessories to Samsung’s existing tablets. Each package includes a Book Cover Keyboard Slim, the S Pen that comes in the box and a 45W travel adapter. Buyers also get time-limited subscriptions to Microsoft 365, Google AI Pro and Adobe Photoshop. The tablets themselves haven’t changed since Samsung announced the series on September 30; the bundle and current discounts are the reasons to look again.

The bundle covers the basics

The keyboard is the most tangible addition. It normally sells separately, and gives buyers a way to type longer documents without shopping for another accessory. The in-box S Pen is ready for handwriting, sketching and annotations, while the 45W adapter handles charging. Together, the items make the tablets easier to set up for work or study straight out of the package.

The software offers have different durations: one year of Microsoft 365, six months of Google AI Pro and four months of Adobe Photoshop. Samsung also lists other app trials tied to the September launch. Those offers have individual conditions and usually require a Samsung account, so check the redemption details before assuming every trial applies to a particular purchase.

Samsung pitches the tablets for people moving between visual work, notes and documents. Designers and illustrators can use the S Pen to refine sketches; chefs can keep menus and references together; and creators can review images ahead of a shoot. Those are examples of the tasks the included accessories and multitasking tools are meant to support, rather than a reason to treat either tablet as a replacement for every specialist device.

Multi Window can show up to three apps on screen at the same time. That can help when comparing a reference with a document or keeping notes beside another app, since it cuts down on switching between full-screen views. How useful that arrangement feels will depend on the app combination and screen size: the Ultra has more room, while the S12+ is the smaller option.

Discounts depend on the buyer and payment

Samsung lists trade-in savings of up to PhP12,000, 0% credit card installments for up to 36 months, and an additional discount of up to 10% for select banks. Students can get up to 20% off through the Samsung Education Store. The advertised maximums don’t mean every buyer can combine every offer or receive the top discount.

Trade-in value depends on the device being handed over and its condition. The bank offer depends on the card used, and the student price requires verification through the Education Store before checkout. Buyers considering a long installment plan should ask which discounts can be combined and confirm the final amount before paying. That step matters because a headline discount may not apply to the chosen payment method or configuration.

Availability and tablet differences

The tablets are listed on Samsung.com, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopee, MemoX.com and Abenson.com, as well as at Samsung Experience and Samsung Authorized Stores. Pre-orders on Shopee ran from October 9 to 20, ahead of the October 21 online launch. In-store availability began on October 28, giving buyers the option to see the tablets before choosing between them.

The hardware is the same as at launch. The Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra is 5.1mm thick and has a 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display and an 11,600 mAh battery. The Tab S12+ has a 12.6-inch screen and a 10,600 mAh battery. Both displays peak at 1,600 nits, both tablets carry an IP68 rating, and Samsung says they’ll receive seven generations of OS upgrades and seven years of security updates.

Samsung says the included 45W adapter can charge either tablet fully in about 95 minutes. That figure gives buyers a useful point of comparison, though actual charging can vary with use and conditions. Samsung Care+ is sold separately and covers accidental damage repairs and an extended warranty.

Check the configuration before checkout

Storage capacity and connectivity affect the price, so confirm whether a listing is for a Wi-Fi or 5G version and check the storage tier before comparing offers. The September Philippine price list has the configuration details. For buyers who already planned to get a keyboard and stylus, the bundle makes the included extras the clearest reason to consider purchasing now; anyone focused on price should compare the final checkout total after verifying which discounts apply.
