OnePlus Ace 7 and Ace 7 Pro: China Prices, Specs and November 3 Availability

OnePlus has given its Ace 7 series a notably large battery and a sharp split between the two models’ secondary cameras. The Ace 7 and Ace 7 Pro each have a 9,000mAh cell, a 200-megapixel main camera and a 6.78-inch AMOLED display. They go on sale in China on November 3, with prices starting at CNY 4,399 for the Ace 7 and CNY 4,799 for the Pro.

The differences are most apparent in the processor and camera hardware. The Ace 7 uses a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5V, while the Pro steps up to a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. Their rear camera arrangements also diverge: the standard model pairs its main sensor with an ultrawide camera, and the Pro adds a telephoto camera. That gives buyers a clearer choice than the shared battery and display specifications suggest.

China prices and colour options

The OnePlus Ace 7 starts at CNY 4,399 (about Rs. 63,000) for 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. A 16GB RAM, 256GB configuration costs CNY 4,899 (about Rs. 70,000), while the 12GB RAM, 512GB version is CNY 5,199 (around Rs. 74,000). The 16GB RAM, 512GB model is priced at CNY 5,699 (about Rs. 81,000).

For the OnePlus Ace 7 Pro, the 12GB RAM and 256GB configuration costs CNY 4,799 (about Rs. 69,000). The 16GB RAM, 256GB version is CNY 5,299 (about Rs. 76,000), and the 12GB RAM, 512GB option is CNY 5,599 (around Rs. 80,000). Buyers can also choose 16GB RAM with 512GB for CNY 5,999 (about Rs. 86,000), or 16GB RAM with 1TB for CNY 7,299 (about Rs. 1,04,000).

Both phones will be available in China from November 3 through the Oppo online portal. Ace 7 colours are Midnight Black, Streamer White and Quenched. The Pro comes in Flowing White, Midnight Black and Windbreaker. The listed prices and availability apply to China; the source does not provide details for other regions.

Shared display, battery and software

Both models use a 6.78-inch AMOLED panel with a resolution of 1,272 × 2,772 pixels, which OnePlus describes as 1.5K. The stated refresh rate is 185Hz. The displays also list 100% DCI-P3 colour coverage, 450ppi pixel density, peak brightness of 2,000 nits, 3,840Hz PWM dimming, always-on display support and 1.07 billion colours. Those are the published specifications; no independent screen measurements are included in the source.

Each phone runs Android 17 with ColorOS 17 and supports dual SIM. OnePlus lists IP66, IP68, IP69 and IP69K ratings for dust and water resistance. Both share the same dimensions, 162.3 × 77.37 × 8.59mm. The Ace 7 weighs about 223g, while the Pro is about 225g.

The 9,000mAh battery is paired with 100W wired charging on either model. That capacity is a defining part of the series on paper, although the source gives no battery life results or charging times. Both phones also include an ultrasonic fingerprint reader beneath the display and an IR blaster.

Different chipsets and rear cameras

The Ace 7 Pro is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, made using a 3nm process. The Ace 7 has a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5V. The source lists peak clock speeds of up to 4.6GHz for both. Each is paired with LPDDR5x Ultra RAM and UFS 4.1 storage, and OnePlus equips both with its Dual-Path Glacier Air-Cooling system.

The shared rear main camera has a 200-megapixel sensor and an f/1.8 aperture. The standard Ace 7 adds an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera with an f/2.2 aperture and a 112-degree field of view. On the Pro, that secondary camera is instead a 50-megapixel telephoto unit with an f/2.8 aperture and 120x digital zoom capability. The specifications point to different priorities: the standard model offers a wider field of view, while the Pro is built to extend zoom reach. The source does not include sample images or explain the quality of either camera at those extremes.

Both phones have a 16-megapixel front camera with an f/2.4 aperture. The source also lists 8K video recording at 30 frames per second. It does not specify which camera supports that recording mode, so buyers should check the detailed camera information before treating it as a front-camera feature.

Connectivity and what separates the pair

Connectivity includes 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, Galileo and QZSS. The listed sensors are a proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, e-compass, accelerometer and gyroscope. OnePlus has not provided battery endurance, camera test results or regional pricing in the supplied details.

For buyers comparing the two China models, the central decision is whether the Pro’s different chipset and telephoto camera justify its higher starting price. The standard Ace 7 still shares the headline battery capacity, display specifications and 200-megapixel main camera. Pricing begins CNY 400 higher for the Pro, with the November 3 sale date applying to both.
